Mark Rubeo was awarded the 2014-2015 Siemens Energy Masters Scholars program scholarship. The program was established with funds provided by Siemens Energy in an effort to assist the Lee College of Engineering in attracting and retaining top graduate students to energy engineering research topics. The program, which is managed by the Energy Production Infrastructure Center (EPIC) at UNC Charlotte, selects one graduate student per academic year to receive the $30,000 scholarship.
