Michael Gomez, PhD student for Dr. Schmitz, is the 2021 recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Student Award from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Department of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Biomedical Engineering (MABE). The award includes a monetary gift and award certificate. The award is presented during MABE’s Annual Awards Banquet at 1 pm Eastern on Thursday, April 22.
