Tony Schmitz participated as a plenary speaker at the workshop on Core Knowledge and Skills for Effective Use of Advanced Computation and Data in Materials and Manufacturing. He presented his talk entitled “Manufacturing and uncertainty” at the NSF-sponsored event.
The workshop was held at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm (collocated with the TMS 2018 Annual Meeting and Exhibition) and was co-chaired by David McDowell (Georgia Tech) and Veera Sundararaghavan (University of Michigan).
